Read “The Heart of a Worship Leader” by Matt Redman and “Leading Worship Authentically” by Bob Kauflin, and answer the questions that follow.

What challenged you the most about authentic worship leadership?

What questions did this raise for you about your own worship leading?

What aspect of modeling worship do you think will be your strength?

What growth area did the articles reveal to you?

What are 2 or 3 action steps you need to take to grow in authentic worship leading?

3. Practical Application

Observe an experienced worship leader during a service. Journal your observations about how they model worship. What did they do well? What questions do you have?

After observing and discussing this module with your leader, lead worship for a portion of a service and have your leader observe you. Journal your experience below.
