Scripture Reading: Galatians 5:22-25

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control... Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit."

How would you describe "keeping in step with the Spirit" to a young believer?Which of the fruit of the spirit do you you need to grow in most in this season of your life?

Read Chapters 13-15 and prepare for your next training session by answering the following questions.

What stood out to you the most?What challenged your thinking the most?What questions did this chapter raise or what did you disagree with?What Scripture teaches or illustrates one of the key thoughts from these chapters?What strengths did this chapter affirm about your leadership?What growth areas did this chapter reveal about your leadership?What are 3-4 action steps you need to take?

Put It Into Practice

Assignment #1: Make a list of 7 character traits you look for in a leader. Then evaluate yourself by giving yourself a letter grade in each area A-F. Choose one you need to grow in and write out two or three action steps you will take to grow your character in that area. Put some of those action steps into practice and come prepared to discuss with your leader.
