Module 1: Practicing Spiritual Leadership

Introduction

As a leader of leaders you will be helping other leaders grow in their leadership role. Often when we think about leadership development, we think of developing a leader's skills. But when we only focus on developing a leader's competency, and neglect the development of their character, we may be setting them up for short-term success, rather than long-term sustainability and spiritual impact. In this module we will focus on deepening your courage and developing your competency of spiritual leadership.

Deepen Your Character: Courage

Scripture: Acts 20:17-27

"From Miletus, Paul sent to Ephesus for the elders of the church... 'You know how I lived the whole time I was with you... I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me...'"
