Module 2: Practicing Values-Based Leadership

Introduction

Values are key standards that describe the ways in which your church will behave. Values aren't what you do, but they impact the way you do things. As a leader of leaders, you must embody your values and lead in a way that creates practices and patterns that reflect those values and move the team toward the common goal and vision. In this module we will focus on deepening your integrity and developing your competency of values-based leadership.

Deepen Your Character: Integrity

Leaders are honest and demonstrate consistent character

Integrity means your private life and public leadership are consistent. It means being the same person whether others are watching or not. Integrity affects your influence as a leader.
