Module 3: Bringing out the Best in Your Leaders

Introduction

One of the most significant roles you can play as a leader of leaders is to help others maximize their God-given potential. This requires both encouragement and challenge. Great leaders look at those they lead and challenge them, not because they see weaknesses but because they see potential. In this module we will focus on deepening your encouragement and developing your competency of bringing out the best in others.

Deepen Your Character: Encouragement

Leaders encourage others in such a way that it shapes their soul

Encouragement is more than positive affirmation - it's the ability to see potential in others and speak life into their dreams and calling. Encouraging leaders help others believe in themselves and what God can do through them.
