COACH LEVEL TRAINING
One of the most significant roles you can play as a leader of leaders is to help others maximize their God-given potential. This requires both encouragement and challenge. Great leaders look at those they lead and challenge them, not because they see weaknesses but because they see potential. In this module we will focus on deepening your encouragement and developing your competency of bringing out the best in others.
Encouragement is more than positive affirmation - it's the ability to see potential in others and speak life into their dreams and calling. Encouraging leaders help others believe in themselves and what God can do through them.
Grade yourself on each of these proficiencies A, B, C, D or E. (A+ = model for others, E = no mastery).

Complete the following assignments to help you practice bringing out the best in others.
1. Strengths Assessment: For each person you lead, identify their top 3 strengths and one area for growth. Then schedule a conversation to share these observations.
2. Encouragement Challenge: Commit to giving one specific, meaningful encouragement to each of your leaders this week.
