Describe traits you believe a worship leader should exhibit during worship rehearsal?

Read the articles “The Worship Musician's Guide To Preparing For Rehearsal” by David Santistevan and “7 Steps To Running A Great Worship Rehearsal” by Dan Wilt, and answer the questions that follow.

What questions did this raise for you?

What aspect of the articles do you think will be your strength?

What growth area did the articles reveal to you?

What are 2 or 3 action steps you need to take to grow in this area of leadership?

3. Practical Application

Observe someone leading a worship rehearsal. Journal your observations. Make note of what they did well. What you would do different? What questions do you have?

After observing someone lead worship and after discussing this module with your leader, lead a portion of a worship rehearsal and have your leader observe you and give you feedback. Journal your experience in the space below.
